1. Do you have minimum quantities?
No. We don't have minimum quantity requirements - not even on custom scented items.
2. How long do scented sachets last?
Generally, scented sachets last from 4 to 8 months. Some scents are stronger than others. In addition, scented sachets in an enclosed space will last longer. Therefore, as an example, a drawer sachet will last longer than a scented sachet displayed atop a dresser in open air. Since most scented sachets are between $2.00 and $5.00, they are most economical and well worth replacing after several months.
3. How long does it take to design and make custom scented sachets?
The design process is easy. We can usually design custom sachets within a week or two. Once you approve the design, we can manufacture your sachets within 1 to 14 days. The factors that affect this timeline are quantity and materials.
4. How do I see a sample of my custom designed scented sachet? How can I smell the scent to determine if I like it?
We can send you an image of the sachet via email. If you prefer that we send you actual samples, we can send them via Fedex or other shipping carrier. We will notify you in advance of the cost of samples. We can design samples to meet your budget. Some businesses may qualify for free samples. Up to 5 scent strip papers can be mailed and are free of charge.
5. Can you attach a small card to my custom scented sachet that includes my business logo, name, or other image?
Yes. We can even print a message on the inside of the card.
6. What kind of file and resolution are needed in order to print a crisp image on a card?
We use several file types - jpg, psd, tiff, bmp. We prefer a resolution of at least 300 dpi, but the higher, the better.
7. Where do I send my files?
All image files can be sent as an attachment in an email. Email to artdesign2@aol.com
8. Can I get custom imprinted ribbon on my scented sachet?
Yes. Custom imprinted ribbon is available. It takes 3 weeks to manufacture imprinted satin ribbon. Additional production time is then needed to assemble the rest of the custom sachets. Because imprinted ribbon is manufactured in quantity, we recommend using it only in orders of at least 100 custom sachets. This suggestion comes from an economical standpoint.
9. Can I pay by check instead of using a credit card?
Yes. Just call 302-529-1942 or email your order. We will then provide you with our mailing address. Once we receive your check, we will process your order.
10. Can I set up a business account?
Certain businesses may qualify for a business account with us. Call 302-529-1942 for more info. Accounts are payable within 30 days.
