Christiano Design stands behind its merchandise 100% regarding workmanship and defects. We encourage you to request samples since custom scented products cannot be returned. Non-custom products may be returned for a replacement/exchange or refund (less shipping & handling) within 7 days of receiving your order.
1. All returned items must be in the original packaging and in unused, excellent condition. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Buyer shall pay for return shipping. Once Christiano Design receives the returned stock items, a replacement/exchange or refund will be issued.
2. Custom merchandise cannot be returned.
3. For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandised. Then call the appropriate carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) to inform them of the damage. We cannot replace damaged goods if a claim has not been placed with the appropriate carrier. Claims to FedEx, UPS, or DHL should be made within 24 hours.
