Christiano Design promises to deliver high-quality products, in good condition, to your location.  Each and every one of our products is fully inspected before it leaves our facility.  We encourage you to request samples since custom scented items are not returnable unless they are damaged during shipment.  Please see our return policy for further info.  Non-custom products may be returned  within 7 days of receipt.  We can replace/exchange stock items or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). Simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner.

Buyer or Potential Buyer assumes all risk and liability for loss, damages, or injury to persons or to the property of the Buyer or Potential Buyer arising out of the use or presence of materials purchased or sampled hereunder.  Buyer or Potential Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Christiano Design against any liability, damages, losses, costs, and expenses in connection with any suit or claim, including but not limited to any loss of use, loss of profits, damage or injuries to person or property arising out of or relating to any use of materials purchased or sampled by Buyer or Potential Buyer herein, whether such claims is made by Buyer, Potential Buyer, Buyer's or Potential Buyer's customers or other third parties.
